K9 Jump Start: An Introduction to Dog Sports!

Have you ever thought about joining a sport with your dog but aren’t sure where to start? Our K9 Jump Start class is part one of learning required to set your dog up with basic, foundational skills required in most dog sports.
In this course we focus on skills that will make a dog sport class run more smoothly, including: crate games, targeting, shaping new behaviors, stay with distractions, other important stationary behaviors, building engagement and motivation through play, and more!

When finished your dog will be ready for part two of this class, which will further build upon these new skills and get them ready to enroll in agility, flyball, or whatever other sporting class you have your sights set on!
We limit this class to 4 dogs per instructor, allowing individualized attention for each student.

Includes | A training clicker, and training pouch.

Pre-requisites | Proof of up-to-date vaccinations, and have attended the virtual Orientation session prior to the first in-person class.
